One of the first settlement sites in Nova Scotia, Arisaig Provincial Park was established to protect the unique geology of this region, located 1/2 hour west of Antigonish. Unique fossils can be found in the cliffs of the park. Facilities include hiking trails, interpretive displays, a picnic area and pit toilets.
